PROJECT BIDDING

We are pleased to announce our association with the Quest Construction Data Network http://www.questcdn.com for the delivery of construction documents. This is a web-based initiative initiative that will deliver our construction project bid advertisements and project plan documents in a more cost effective way.

Our bid advertisements will now contain information about the availability of project documents via this delivery method and how to acquire the digital plan sets.

Just a few notes about the benefits of this service:

• Plans will be delivered in the Adobe PDF format so there is no software investment required, just the free Adobe Acrobat Reader program.
• While paper plans will be available in the future, the digital plan sets will be available at a fraction of the cost of paper.
  
• When addenda are issued, plan holders will receive an email notifying them to return to the web site to download them.
  
• Planholder lists and project bid results will also be available on-line.
